Egg whites are one of the best protein sources to build muscle and stay lean. For those avoiding eggs, try extra firm tofu sautéed in a wok with a bit of butter for a vegetarian protein breakfast or high protein vegetarian breakfast recipe. HERE’S YOUR EASY AND FAST BREAKFAST RECIPE:
STEP 1:
Place a tsp. of Earth Balance Butter into a Wok or Frying pan to melt on high heat. Evenly spread into entire pan. Crack a farm raised egg. Let egg white fall out into the pan. Repeat with 2 more eggs (3 total).
STEP 2:
While the egg whites are cooking. Place a tsp. earth balance butter into cast iron pan or frying pan and lay an Ezekiel Wrap on top to slightly brown. Sprinkle pinch or two of Organic Mozzarella onto the wrap to melt while it toast slightly.


STEP 3:
Flip egg whites to cook for another 30 seconds and then pick up with spatula and place on top of cheese and wrap.
STEP 4:
Place spatula under wrap and put on a plate.
STEP 5 (OPTIONAL TOPPINGS):
- TOPPING 1: slice organic tomato, basil, balsamic vinegar
- TOPPING 2: super greens, 1 tbsp. chopped avocado
- TOPPING 3: organic green or red salsa and super greens
