For 30 years, I’ve trained Division 1A Colleges, hundreds of pro-athletes, pro-fighters, Olympic wrestlers, top models to thousands and thousands of men, teens and women to CRUSH their fitness goals.
As A former Division 1A Wrestler, Clemson University and a Graduate in Science and Nutrition, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, I’ve always been passionate to help others push their limits in training which has made me one of the most sought-after trainers in the Massachusetts Area.
I created Fit actions to hopefully help you for FREE get the most out of your fitness AT HOME. Even though I’m an expert in creating training programs using strength and gym equipment, I realize that 99% of people can’t hire someone like me. So, at 50 years old, I want to help you get results by either adding to your gym workouts or using your home gym to get better results.
