Boxing and coaching from former Pro Boxer Jerry LaMoore. Jerry Lamoore began his amateur boxing career in 1964. The following year Jerry won the Open Division State Golden Gloves Championship despite being a Novice. In 1966 Jerry joined the Navy where he continued his boxing career as a member of the Navel East Coast Boxing Team in which he became The Atlantic Fleet Champion, The Cruiser and Destroyer Champion of The Atlantic Fleet, Mediterranean Champion as well as the runner up in the All Navy Championship and All East Coast Championship. In 1967, Jerry became the East Coast Champion, Atlantic Fleet Champion and runner up for All Navy Championship. The sum of Jerry’s Amateur career totaled 76 wins, 6 losses, 34 Knockouts and held 8 titles.
