Our Gym has been open in Lubbock since 2008 and is based out of San Diego, California, where we have been in business since 1984. I am from the Lubbock area.We offer Group Class Training for Children, Teens and Adults in ‘Boxing’, ‘Kickboxing’, ‘Kenpo Karate’ and ‘Combat Conditioning’ along with ‘Personal Training’. We also have a fully equipped ‘Weight Room’ for the Teens and Adults.
