For 35 years, I’ve trained Division 1A Colleges, hundreds of pro-athletes, pro-fighters, Olympic wrestlers, top models to thousands and thousands of women to CRUSH every fitness goal imaginable (Losing 100 pounds plus, Hyrox training, Ultra-Marathon training, Physique Competitions to becoming simply feeling amazing and getting super healthy).

As A former Division 1A Wrestler, Clemson University and a Graduate in Science and Nutrition I’ve always been passionate to help others push their limits in training which has made me one of the most sought-after trainers in the Massachusetts Area and owner of the #1 Womens body transformation gym, Crushitfit.com, located in Boston, Massachusetts.
